dir=\"ltr\">Splash Summit is not responsible for injuries incurred through physical exhaustion, prolonged exposure to the sun, or by not following park rules.\u00a0 There are risks in the participation in or on water slides or other attractions, and such participation may be hazardous regardless of safety measures undertaken by Splash Summit.\u00a0 All Splash Summit guests using a ride, waterslide, or other attraction, accept any and all risks in participating in water park activities.\u00a0 Guests also have a duty to exercise good judgment and act in a responsible manner while using the park attractions and facilities, and obey all park rules, written and oral.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Guests need to recognize that forces created by some rides may cause or aggravate some adverse physical conditions or injuries and could injure people with disabilities who are unable to deal with such pregnant.\u00a0 (If you are pregnant, please notify the lifeguard attendant and do not ride the slides!)\u00a0<\/p><\/li><li dir=\"ltr\"><p dir=\"ltr\">Guests who have Heart conditions.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><ul><li dir=\"ltr\"><p dir=\"ltr\">Guests who have Neck and Back problems.<\/p><\/li><li dir=\"ltr\"><p dir=\"ltr\">Guests who are subject to Motion Sickness or Vertigo.<\/p><\/li><li dir=\"ltr\"><p dir=\"ltr\">Guests whose health or physical condition could be affected by these rides.<\/p><\/li><li dir=\"ltr\"><p dir=\"ltr\">Guests with braces, casts, or prosthetic limbs.\u00a0 Guests with braces, casts, or prosthetic limbs are only allowed on Flash Flood, Mudslide Gorge, Cave In, and Vortex after signing a waiver in First Aid.\u00a0 (Guests with braces or casts may not ride Free Fall, Jagged Edge, Sky Breaker, Shotgun Falls, Avalanche and Boomerang).<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element lbs.\u00a0 If you exceed the maximum weight, do not ride these attractions!<\/p><\/li><li dir=\"ltr\"><p dir=\"ltr\">Maximum weight for double tubes is 400 lbs.\u00a0 If you exceed the maximum combined weight, do not ride these attractions!<\/p><\/li><li dir=\"ltr\"><p dir=\"ltr\">Minimum height without a lifejacket is 48\u201d for all slides except Avalanche. Items not permitted include: Weapons of any kind, drugs, tobacco products, lighters or matches, fireworks, barbeque grills, curling irons, hair dryers, phone chargers, flat irons, rafts, inner tubes, kickboards, inflatable balls, noodles, large toys, skateboards, long boards, roller skates\/blades, bikes, glass in the form of: jars, bottles, mirrors, perfume and cologne bottles.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The following outside floatation devices are allowed: Coast Guard approved lifejackets, baby floats with built in seats, and swimsuits with built in flotation.&nbsp; Arm floaties are allowed if they are accompanied with a lifejacket.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Guests wearing immodest swimwear or t-shirts with vulgar or profane messages will be asked to change and\/or cover up the immodest or profane clothing or leave the park, as will any guests using profanity, vulgarity, or abusive language to any staff member or guest.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Photographs and audio\/video recordings are periodically gathered of guests to the park.&nbsp; If you DO NOT wish to be included when photos are taken or recordings are made, please inform our staff.&nbsp; Otherwise, a lack of notification shall be interpreted as authorization from you to use photos or comments from you within our promotional material.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Swim diapers and plastic pants are required. Utah State law states: Any child under three years old, any child not toilet trained, and anyone who lacks control of defecation shall wear a water-resistant swim diaper and waterproof swimwear.
